** DIY Time**

Spring is coming and I bought my first flowers of the year (Ranunculus)!! If you haven't considered these for your wedding, they add beautiful soft femininity with the added bonus of wonderful texture!

I spotted these lovelies earlier over on Style Me Pretty (one of my favorite wedding blogs!)

In a few seconds you can click on over for the DIY instructions, but first, lets talk about how these tossers can be used for SO much more than rice! Doing a candy bar? How about these as the take away packaging? For my wedding I had loose leaf teas, how about a cup to go?! Want to be more earth conscious? I bet you could make a mini version and ad a mix of your favorite flower seeds! A resourceful bride utilizes creativity...Now go make some!!

**Just an idea**

This was originally done for Christmas decor, but what about using herbs or even some greenery like leather leaf with a beautifully patterned washi tape for a wedding spin on the same concept?

To me, Birdcage veils bring instant old Hollywood glamour and class to a wedding. If you're thinking about one for your wedding I even found a DIY tutorial for the one below (it's also pretty easily altered) !! Check it out at Adventures in Dress Making)

**DIY TIME!!**

I think it's about time for another wedding DIY. Here are three wedding DIY's I've found this week and LOVE!!! Enjoy!!

Check out Holly's DIY Map Invites at Nothing But Bonfires

These vintage spoon place cards are so classy but I love that they could also be quite inexpensive (if you don't mind thrifting) and on top of that, your guests can take them home! Full DIY at (Elizabeth Anne Designs )

I hate to waste! I mean, I HATE it! For that reason, I absolutely adore these DIY seed bomb favors! You can literally fill these little bombs with seed of flowers that both grow and go beautifully together and send your guest home with a mini garden!! Full instructions at: Intimate Weddings
